NEXTLEVEL MODULAR INC teams up with Architects, Technical Consultants, Journeyman Trades and Municipal Authorities to bring code compliant Nextlevel spaces to market. We work with the future owner to bring out the dreamy details in their projects.

The company was founded in 2016 after years of work on the sustainable side of Engineering, Geo-Science, and Construction. The company's principle has brought practical, and environmentally sustainable design solutions to all the project teams that he has been part. He has held boardroom chair positions in the Built Green Community and held the milestone position of Construction Manager for Canada's first Multi-family Built Green Community. John has served the Canadian construction industry in positions of leadership for over 20 years and has managed over $200M in Built Green and LEED reviewed projects.

Principal, John Profitt is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a Canadian Gold Seal in Project Management.
